Refund Policy

Since payments are handled by Apple and Google, refunds must be requested through their respective stores:

• iOS: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Request a refund via Google Play Account > Order History

If you're experiencing issues with the app:

• Ensure you have the latest version of VogueVerse installed
• Check your internet connection
• Try restarting the app or your device
• If generation fails, try uploading a clearer photo with better lighting
