Billing & Refund Policy
All subscriptions are processed securely via Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your credit card information directly.
Refund Policy
Since payments are handled by Apple and Google, refunds must be requested through their respective stores:
- iOS: Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
- Android: Request a refund via Google Play Account > Order History

Troubleshooting & Account
If you're experiencing issues with the app:
- Ensure you have the latest version of VogueVerse installed
- Check your internet connection
- Try restarting the app or your device
- If generation fails, try uploading a clearer photo with better lighting
